1. Measuring up and down movement of the wingarm

In this video i am measuring the FREE UP and DOWN movement of the swingarm, at the far end of the swingarm. This indicates some play in the bearings.
(Please view the thumbnail to see where the micrometer is contacted at)
Measured in upwards direction: there is 0.8mm free play.
Because the link is at 1/3 of the length of the swingarm, the play at the link (upwards) will be approx 0,27mm

So let’s check that also in video 2 and video 3

VIDEO 1:

2. Measuring the radial play in the U-shaped link

(view the thumbnail to see where the micrometer is contacted at)

The triangle is pulling it and it measures ca. 0.15mm play in the large bearing of the U-part.

VIDEO 2:

3. Measuring the  play in the triangle-bearing

Measuring where it is connected to the U-block (Please view the thumbnail to see where the micrometer is contacted at)
It measures ca 0,25mm play. This play is the sum of the play from measurement 2 and 3..
Substracting the 0,15 of the above measurement, there is 0.12mm play in this bearing.
